(1 lb.) These beans are grown in the central highlands of Guatemala. The beans from Antigua are very well rounded and mature (unlike me). We decided on a profile similar to that of our Colombian. This provides a cup of heavier body and bright, almost spicy, acidity.
(1 lb.) Our profile seeks to accent the essence of blackberries that otherwise remain dormant. Currently, we are using a single-estate bean, obtained directly from the Kenyan family who imports the green coffee. The cup is quite bright, with a very smooth finish.
(1 lb.) Check out that crema! Many espresso blends involve lower quality robusta beans. We get the super crema from our unique roast and only top quality beans. Shoot it down quick, it's smooth as silk.
(1 lb.) This recipe includes beans from Africa, Central & South America. It's not too bold, just sweet and bright. If you're used to drinking black coffee, give this a try.
